i came across this quote the other day, and felt it perfectly captured my sentiments about the summer season. a season of long, sun-filled days, and sweet, balmy nights. it's all too perfect, isn't it?
here's what i'm looking forward to most...
- make peach ice cream with chunks of fresh peaches in it
- quench my thirst on those extra hot days with a glass of fresh lemonade
- take a mini road trip here for a day hike with T and the pups
- whip up a lime icebox pie for an extra cool treat
- have dinner al fresco at least once a month
- check out another movie in the park
- finally try bobo's chicken (T's been going on about it for years)
- plant hydrangeas in the front yard
- check out local recommendations for the best okie onion burger
