not too long ago, T and i ventured to one of my favorite local wine spots, blu, for a weekend wine tasting. T and i have been fond of this gem for years but, only until recently, had we actually gone to a tasting together. while blu's regular wine selection is delicious in its own right, i relish the chance to sample new favorites of my beloved fermented fruit.

it was fun to see which we liked and disliked side by side since T and i typically match-up on our favorites. plus, the tasting gave us new ideas on wine-food pairings. a win-win in my book.
