i came across this skirt a few months back and instantly felt like it was the perfect statement piece to wear to T and i's rehearsal dinner. and when it came in the mail, i knew i couldn't wait that long to wear it! granted, it'll still be a part of my outfit for that day but, it's always good to give clothes a test run, right? just like with new shoes...i mean, i have to know how it'll flow and handle the elements in advance! ;)
